At Race Day Medical, our people are our greatest strength. Our team brings extensive experience across motorsport, equestrian, racing, water-based rescue and long-distance running.

We take a proactive approach to every event, working closely with organisers to identify risks, improve safety outcomes, and continually raise operational standards.

Our commitment extends beyond responding to incidents—we strive to create safer events through preparation, teamwork, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Equipment

Every Race Day Medical response vehicle is equipped with advanced medical and trauma equipment to support rapid, high-quality patient care.

Our fleet carries advanced first aid supplies, oxygen therapy systems, AEDs, cardiac monitors, pelvic and femoral splints, and an extensive range of burns and trauma equipment.

This investment in modern equipment ensures our clinicians are prepared to respond confidently and effectively to medical emergencies, from minor injuries to life-threatening incidents, wherever the event takes place.

Clinical Governance

Race Day Medical has been awarded the prestigious Advanced First Aid license for Event Medical Solutions which compliments the new Government regulations for First Aid Suppliers.

We are fully insured with Work Cover, Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and Medical Malpractice.
